Item: Cigarette Box Make: Poole Age: ca. 1940 Construction: Sterling Silver (.925) Weight: 7.73 ozt Dimensions: 4" x 3 3/8" x 1 1/2" T Condition: Very good. Some hairline scratches and minor spots to the finish. Opens and closes nicely. Interior of the box has no odor. Please see photos! Details: Stamped "STERLING BY POOLE" and "15" on the bottom. Interestingly, this is the same model that was gifted to Jack Benny by Frank Sinatra and his then-wife, actress Mia Farrow in 1966. That box recently sold at auction for $2,300.
