You will be responsible for unpacking and discarding the packing materials. The driver cannot help you move the package. It is your responsibility to Inspect the merchandise prior to delivery agent's departure. If merchandise appears to be damaged or missing in any way, please note the damage or shortage on the freight bill. Failure to do so would result in us being unable to file a claim with the freight company, thus your product cannot be replaced.
