Check the listing for details. PRO Silver Electrolytic REFINING Purify Scrap CELL Equipment COMPLETE System. Condition: New. Listed at 359.00 USD. Many can sell a bowl, some wire, a stainless plate and a gutted computer power supply as a beginner station. Don't be fooled, the quality of the output is just non-existent. What I offer here is an advanced tool featuring proprietary anode basket filtration that will produce high purity output over and over again, or in other words the single most important investment you will make going into refining silver. This is a COMPLETE, TURNKEY SETUP - Just add your electrolyte solution + raw material, and start generating income. Last picture shows the type of output yielded by this very technology sold here, so you know what to expect. It is not part of the sale together with the silver shot inside the cup shown in the second and 14th pictures. The final revision is here, I am removing the boring history (will be attached to the manual for those that wish to know the steps taken over the years to provide this final setup) and in it's place a summary of revisions for each of the components. Included in this sale: Filtered Anode Basket (pictures 3,4). Featured component and most important piece of this entire setup, the proposed anode basket provides both containment, filtration and easy cleanup in one. 8 ounce capacity for decent output, will NOT leak slime EVER and keep your OUTPUT SUPER CLEAN with minimal to no current resistance. No need to replace the filter keeping down costs. Super EASY SLIME CLEANUP by use of water gun alone. Last revision: Upgrade filter media to 5 microns and increase link channels from 4 to 6.Collection Bowl (pictures 5,6,7,8). Stainless steel built container serves as the cathode. 5 Quart capacity (4 Litter electrolyte) provides decent output while keeping electrolyte costs down. Exterior Black paint to keep from rusting + add color code for correct clip connection. Addition of 2 stainless steel prongs to prolong the life of the negative clips and to even the negative signal on both sides of the bowl. Last revision: Upgrade to hi grade (Non magnetic) stainless + now with non slip base and internal 4L marking. Anode Centering Plate (pictures 10,11). Covers the bowl and keeps impurities and UV light from contaminating. Provides 4 plastic alignment pins to keep basket centered without oxidation, and painted to keep UV light from rusting the silver output. Last revision: upgrade to plexiglass material.Silver Anode (pictures 12,13). A 50 grams high purity bar providing the bridge between the power source and the material to be refined. Long batt shaped to maximize the material contact area while keeping the positive clip away from the basket. Latest revision: Increase length to minimum of 5 inch.Wiring Kit (pictures 15,16). Connects the DC power supply to the anode and the cathode. Features large heavy duty 10Amp hooded alligator clips for longer life and 4 ft. minimum length wire to keep the PSU far and protected. Also features 15 Amp full copper wires for minimal or no current resistance. Last revision: Addition of a 5Amps inline fuse set to protect the PSU against shorts.Power Supply (picture 17). Dedicated high precision 4 digit LED display variable DC benchtop power supply. Known trusted brand of variable benchtop DC supply providing voltage control, voltage monitoring and adjustments, built in short protection, low power consumption, and so on. Last revision: Upgrade to 30Volt 10Amps PSU.System User Manual (picture 18) Helps with the the original setup and running instructions to ensure you are successful from the very first run (hard copy so it's handy when you need it). Last addition to the Final Setup.Spares Bag (picture 19) Contains extras for some of the consumable parts to minimize downtime and are on hand when they might need replacement. Last addition to the Final Setup. notes:Mentioned hydrogen (H) refers to the water being split during electrolysis resulting in H and O2. Mostly common around the anode basket and the electrolytic bath. When in contact with certain metals creates rusting and accelerated erosion of those metals.A listing to provide individual components of this setup as well as other spares and options to support this cell on the long run is coming soon.
