You are bidding on the prop for the bedplate frame (and mechanism), for an Edison cylinder phonograph. This mounts inside the cabinet base and connects to the bedplate frame, allowing the mechanism to stay in place to be viewed, or the speed adjusted. It came from a Fireside, but will likely work for a Standard or Home machine also. It is in good usable condition. Two mounting screws are included. Someone needs this to complete their restoration.
