Comes with about 25-30 cards. Most are used. Some may not be working. Assume you may need to buy new cards as I am not sure if a used one can be reassigned. Comes with all cables and manual. Note that this unit is from sometime around 2008 and does not have USB connection. It uses the printer port which most new PCs do not have, so you need an older PC or may be able to use some kind of port convertor to USB.
