Completely reconditioned and comes with key. Functions perfectly. Brass faceplate measures 6 1/2" long, 1 1/8" wide, 1/8" thick, very well made mortise lock! Box is 3 5/16" deep from the back of the front plate and it is 4 1/4" top to bottom. Screws are on 5 3/4" centers. The backset (the distance from the front of the front plate to the center of the knob post hole) is 2 5/8". The drop (the distance from the center of the knob post hole to the center of the round portion of the key hole) is 2 1/2".
