The hole pattern found on the rectangular plate will connect to a large variety of third party cradle, gimbal brackets and mounts. Rectangular Universal Mount End Plate Design:The RAM-D-111B RAM Mount Marine Grade Aluminum Universal Rectangular Plate has a 2.25 inch diameter rubber ball connected at right angles to a 11 x 3 inch plate. The plate has some pre-drilled holes which may match up to your electronic devices and mounts, or you can drill new holes of your own. Rectangular Universal Mount Arm Design:The RAM-D-201-E RAM Mount Dual Socket Long Arm is a 2.25 inch D size Ball Socket Arm made of Marine Grade Aluminum. The arm is 11.75 inches long between socket centers and is finished with a Black Powder Coating. The side of the arm includes a tightening knob which allows you to open and close the socket ends.
