Rare vintage Lindbergh single bookend with a gold/bronze wash. Artist/sculptor Nison A. Tregor. This is a bust of the famous aviator Charles "Lucky Lindy" Lindbergh. He flew his historic solo flight across the Atlantic in 1927. This bookend was created in 1928 and bears the signature of N. Tregor on the back. In good vintage condition with some minor loss of gold paint/wash. Made of spelter. I have seen a similar piece that was a bank. But this one has no slot for change.
