There is a marking on the back of the canteen, poasibly a date, but very hard to read. Has a hook for mounted use I believe. The canteen itself is glass, xovered in wicker, then covered in leather. The pewter spout does not have a cork. Everything is in great condition. Don't miss this rare opportunity to grab this!
