However, the ICSSLMG2 is NOT compatible with Category 5 or reduced wire installations and does NOT support backup paging operation in the case of microprocessor failure. The only wiring that the ICSSLMG2 is compatible with for both call-in and intercom is a two twisted pair cable with an overall shield.
