Check the listing for details. REDUCED 30% 1948? Japanese made Kimberly (Clone) w/Case. Condition: Used. Listed at 2095.00 USD. This is a 1948? Kimberly acoustic guitar manufactured by TEISCO in Japan. This is an admirable Japanese-made Martin copy, the 39.5 inch model, with a 15 inch lower bout, non-X-bracing. Sweet music to your ears. Teisco was a Japanese musical instrument manufacturing company from 1948 until 1967. This guitar has a date code (48.1.11) indicating it was finished at the factory on January 11, 1948. The date code is stamped inside (see picture) indicating it was one of the very first acoustic guitars manufactured by Teisco. Condition is excellent. This guitar plays as well as it did the day it left the Japanese factory 72 years ago. Buy this on my reputation. Everything is true to the original, -except- that it has an intonation-adjusted saddle, and a new case (see image). I have this guitar price at $2995.00 plus shipping, $75 inside the Continental U.S. only. INVEST IN THIS rare guitar. Play it. MAKE AN OFFER.
