Programming software is available upon request. These are 99 channels, VHF 148-174mhz, can be programmed below the 148 split into the ham band, two tone, ANI, Scan, etc. These are front panel programmable by default from the factory. Includes new charger, used battery, power supply, OEM antenna and radio. Limited battery supply, first come first serve, once the batteries are gone they are gone. New ones can be acquired from cutratebatteries for $38.
