Foam is rippled and measures 5-7/16" X 3-9/16" X 7/16." Peel-off adhesive back. Note that there is a 2-5/8" cut that looks like it might have been made with a razor blade. If you zoom-in on the first photo and look carefully at the lower part, you can barely make it out. It doesn't show up that well and shouldn't affect its use. That defect is reflected in the selling price.
