THE SENSOR YOU GET WILL WORK JUST FINE NO MATTER WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE. THERE IS NO IDENTIFICATION ON IT. The duller sensor is heat treated when made, so it is not shiny- it does not indicate it was used! I am not selling used parts. If you want an exact replacement then spend the extra money and buy the exact one- don't buy this and then complain that this is not exactly the same as yours! IF YOUR EXISTING SENSOR END DOES NOT MATCH THE SUPPLIED ONES THEN YOU WILL NEED TO SPLICE IT ONTO THE NEW ONE AS THE MFR HAS CHANGED THE ENDS FROM TIME TO TIME OVER VARIOUS MODELS THAT USE THIS PART#. I DO INCLUDE A PIECE OF HEAT SHRINK TUBING TO MAKE THE SPLICE, SO DON'T BUY THIS AND THEN TELL ME YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO SPLICE WIRES. SHIPPING IS CORRECT- IT'S JUST PART OF THE COST AND CALCULATES PROPERLY NO MATTER HOW MANY YOU BUY. I USE THESE IN MY BUSINESS- I WOULD NOT USE ANYTHING THAT DID NOT WORK. THIS SENSOR WAS TESTED FOR PROPER OHMS BEFORE IT IS SENT, SO YOU ARE NOT GETTING A DEFECTIVE PART. SO, IF YOU INSTALL THIS AND STILL HAVE AN ISSUE THEN THE SENSOR IS NOT THE CAUSE OF IT! I do not look up part numbers nor do I confirm if this fits any particular model, so do your own research to make sure you are buying the right thing.
