Check the listing for details. RGB SCART Capture tool for Datapath E1/E1S Users from Retro Gaming consoles. Condition: New. Listed at 60.00 USD. This is an open source tool for folks with Datapath video capture cards to capture video from SCART cables while also connecting a monitor. The device takes a SCART input, and splits it (via a THS7374) to both another SCART output (where you would connect your monitor) and a DVI output that would connect to your capture card. The project was originally designed by console modder Voultar, which he released on Osh park. Ebay wont let me have the link here or even hint that I might be trying to skirt their selling policies, but the project ID is "SGfF1rqu" on OP. That will take you schematics and design files for the PCB, but not a completed unit like this listing. I avoid using the name he gave the device here on ebay, given the innuendo (he's a funny guy). I ordered bare PCBs, components per the included BOM, and laser cut acrylics for casing and assembled these myself. I kept one for myself (the blue-colored one in the back) and am making the others available as I'm not sure any seller involved in the retro video game scene are still selling these assembled (I could be wrong). These were in fact assembled many years ago (2020) and only recently found them again in storage. I have two of these available, and the unit price reflects one unit. These are the two with the dark grey acrylic casing in the photos. The blue one is my personal one and is not included in this listing. They have been tested and one example screencap is in the photos above. Note the system I used with these tests was stock, with no RGB mod applied, thus forgive the jailbars shown (Genesis systems are known for these without a replacement RGB amp). These devices use a classic Mini-USB cable (the original "small" USB style) for power. However this listing includes the unit only with no USB cable included. If this is an issue, please contact me and I can see what I can do to supply a cable. If you have doubts about this listing, please contact me in advance. But I imagine if you are looking for this device, you are familiar enough with your RGB and capturing setup to know if you can use this or not. Please note that while Voultar designed the original circuit board, he is no way affiliated with this listing, and per his policy when releasing these projects open source to the wild, he offers no support on this product. Again, please contact me with any doubts, and review the OSHpark link above for further information.
