This Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) is NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I’m not sure exactly what’s wrong but I think it is the battery. It charges up to approximately 70% then stops. When I press the orange reset button on the back, the white light does not spin. I can’t get it to reconnect to the Ring app or my WiFi.
