Sizes range from 1 to 4 with the size 1, 1A, 2 and 2A being best for children under the age of 5. The sizes 3, 3A and 4 would best fit children from ages 6 to 10 and maybe ages up to 15 with smaller heads. They are a very good quality mask made by Evistar Defense for Soviet children during the cold war era. The masks are new old stock with no damage or wear. They were treated years ago with a talcum powder to preserve the rubber from deterioration and should be cleaned with soapy water prior to wearing. They include the mask and hose and canvas carrying case with a shoulder and waist strap. The case also contains two small wood blocks. I'm not sure of the purpose of those. eBay doesn't permit listing size variations in the military surplus gas mask category so you need to tell me what size you would like upon purchasing. I have 7 size 1 or 1A, 9 size 2 or 2A, 16 size 3 or 3A and 18 size 4 masks. Note: Though these gas masks and filters are NOS, new old stock, and may very well function as intended.
