The speargun has a Teflon shaft guide and enlarged profile for a better hydrostatic trim. Ergonomic handle with left and right butt, new heavy metal 350 trigger mechanism and the muzzle has been tested to 772 lbs. (350kg). Trigger sensitivity adjustment for custom firing, chest loading pad of soft rubber adds comfort for the long hunt and the handle with hook for line fixing or reinforced snap hook to secure gun once you have shot your trophy fish. The guns open muzzle design allows easy addition or removal of multiple bands for more-or-less power requirements. Standard supplied bridge to turn it into a close muzzle if desired. The gun comes standard with a 7mm (.28") shaft and two rubber 16mm (0.63") bands. The Salvimar Capture Shaft with a superior strength is dedicated for big game hunting. The shark fins increase shaft performance without changing its technical features. The shaft is made from 174ph stainless steel is 7mm (0.28") diameter. Shaft has a single flopper barb point tip. The Salvimar Hero Speargun with Reel is available in multiple lengths to meet hunter's needs. The 85cm (33.46") model has a 7mm (0.28") diameter shaft, and is equipped with double (Dia. x L) 16mm x 54cm (0.63" x 21.26") rubber bands.
