No longer available as a DIY kit The SCA T15 is a transformerless microphone preamplifier designed around the excellent THAT Corporation 1512 and 1646 ICs. These state-of-the-art chips enable the performance of the T15 to approach that of sophisticated discrete and hybrid designs (such as the C84) while using far fewer components. While it does not have the same headroom and output drive capability as the C84, the T15 has similar noise and distortion specifications and excels in the same applications. only available as a fully assembled mic preamp module.
