Has surface loss, rust and dirty spots, scuffs, scrapes. Does at least move/ weigh when weight is applied. About 12" x 7" x 4 3/4" tall; weighs around 9 1/2 pounds. Top tray is chrome colored and removable. Black metal inner piece is removable to reveal the inner workings. I think at least an adjuster screw piece is missing.
