If you were to buy a similar stand from a seed company it would cost you upwards of $700.00! You can build this stand with all parts available at any big box or hardware store for around $150.00. these plans are for a 3 tier stand but You can adjust the plans for a 1 or 2 tier stand depending on Your needs. naturally a 1 tier stand will be a lot cheaper to make, probably around 40 or 50 dollars. What sets this stand apart from commercial stands is the knock down ability. this stand can be easily taken apart for storage when not being used and easily reassembled when needed. As a bonus I have developed a table top type of seed starting system that anyone can make for around $30.00. compare this to the $60 to $70 dollar ones that the seed companies want and that does not include shipping!
