Meyer contracted with many foreign governments within the Western Hemisphere for their insignia needs. These items are NEW old stock cleared from the factory when it was liquidated. All are between 40 and 60 years old, still on their maker cards, and are UNUSED. They are as bright and pretty as the day they were made! These were difficult to photograph as they are still very shiny with their heavy plating. The "Estado Mayor" or Command Staff is the equivalent of our Joint Chiefs of Staff. These badges were used by ranking members of the military. The "EM" is the standard issue, and the "EMS" version indicates the bearer has also attended a higher education course such as the Naval War College. You will receive the PAIR as shown above.
