This is a brand new sealed Siecor LDC-CP1P-25 LDC Panel with 6 ST/MM pass-through connectors/couplings. These are normally used in the datacom/telecom industry for patching and other purposes. These are specifically designed for mounting in Siecor Lightguide Distribution Center chassis. Plastic bags are sealed but may have tape on them as they may have small tears on them. I pulled one of the rubber covers through the plastic off so you can see the connector, it's the circular connector with a notch on it and two small pins off the side for twist-interlocking the incoming cable (similar to a BNC style connector).
