We designed this strap because we were doing what everyone else is doing.... tying the Bentwood key to the cover with strong or yarn and so often losing that hard to replace key (KEY NOT INCLUDED). We came up with this designed in our leather shop and have been VERY popular. Each strap is made of 100% full grain leather which embossed , tanned and sealed for an authentic look that will last a very long time. The strap has a snap to close it securely and keep that key with the cover, but easily unsnaps with one pull to allow you to use the key to unlock your cover. There is an included Chicago Screw to attach your key to the strap securely with the use of a common flat blade screw driver...a drop of glue on the threads keeps it there securely. Trade up from the unsightly piece of yarn that holds your key now to a beautiful leather key strap. Keys are available for an additional charge....
