Ensure pH falls between 7.2 to 7.8.For every 300 gallons of water in the spa or hot tub, add 7.5 grams (1 1/2 teaspoons) of this product while the circulation system is running. Measure bromine levels after 15 minutes. Repeat the process until achieving an active bromine concentration of 2 to 4 ppm in residential spas. Adjust dosage if factors like organic debris or heavy bather usage affect the need.Regularly monitor bromine levels using test strips. Keep cyanuric acid levels below 100 ppm. It's recommended to drain spas and hot tubs every 30 to 90 days, especially during heavy usage periods.Shock Treatment:Water soluble, non-filterable wastes can accumulate in spa or hot tub water and cause dull or cloudy water and can simulate algae growth.
