You many not find the rank you are looking for in a listed jacket so you can purchase this to design the jacket as you'd like. A jacket can have up to 4 lines of braid added. A single line is for both sleeves. If you'd like to go from a jacket listed as Lt up to Captain, you'd need to purchase 1 line. Note: You can only use this for one of Milk Creek's jackets and must be purchased before the jacket is gets made. I will not add braid to an already made jacket.
