It has a 4 section ring to hold the pins in place and a velvet covered base. The hallmarks are Anchor, Lion Passant, small letter g I believe these are for Birmingham1906 The makers mark is G V & co who I believe are Gourdel Vales & Co. There are a few knocks around the base but otherwise in good order All items that I sell are used unless specified to the contrary and will therefore have ware indicative of age and use. Any white marks are a reflection from the ring light used.
