SOUDAL - Metal plastic extra fine 2kg Extra fine, high quality two component polyester based body filler for the finishing of damaged surfaces prior to painting. The extra fine formulation is very easy to sand and smoothen. Applications: Filling of scratches, tears and dents in metal plates, including zinc and galvanized steel. Reparing scratches and dents in cars. Repairs of metal, polyester and wooden surfaces. Instructions: Mix 2% B-component with the A-component. Ensure thorough mixing to achieve a homogeneous mixture. Do not mix more than can be applied within 5 minutes. Apply the mixed product by means of a spatula in a thin layer to the surface. Apply the filler in several layers if necessary. The putty can be sanded after 20 to 30 mins, depending on ambient termperature. After curing repair can be continued (sanding, painting etc.).
