These are from a local estate to where part of somebody's Sewing Notions these scissors are not looking they look a bit different in shape not sure what you call these they are not perfect and I cannot read the brand it starts with an H but cannot read it they do need of it clean up some salad and good but have some surface rust Etc will need cleanup
