Features Heavy Duty lugs, pressure pads, steel restraining pins and wide mounting base support. MECOA owns CB TATONE, makers of spinners, wheels and engine mounts. They bought them out over 20 years ago. MECOA K&B makes this test stand in their Southern California Facility. This weighs a little under 2 pounds when packed so it has to ship priority mail.
