We are now in the down sizing mode and this ( and other gear ) are now being pulled out and I have no use for any of it, and the now adult kids have zero interest in any of my old equipment. Disappointing! So while this unit powers on, it doesn’t play a tape. I initially thought it might be a belt or such but after opening it, all seems intact. Now I suspect a frozen motor, wheel or gear. Have no intention of going down a repair rabbit hole, so selling it as is, for parts, etc. Cosmetically it’s in great shape and I never abused my equipment. A good cleaning of cabinet would be wise As is for parts
