Check the listing for details. TEKTRONIX 2465B FLAT FEE REPAIR & CALIBRATION SERVICE. Condition: Seller refurbished. Listed at 689.00 USD. I am not selling a scope here. I am offering to fix and calibrate a 2465A, a 2465B, or 2467/B you already own that needs fixing. I will fix any natural failure(s) that were not made worse by others' failed intervention. My flat fee also does not cover abuse or missing parts. Tek had a similar flat fee repair until 2000, but they excluded CRT (I don't), and limited it to just 2 failures (I don't). Tek charged same fee as I but 23 years ago, when they quit caring about 2400s, those $ were at least twice as valuable. Also, my turnaround time is usually 1 day whereas Tek never worked as fast. Ebay also grades me on sending out items fast which is incompatible with selling services since I have to first wait for your scope to arrive at my clinic, which is why despite 1 day turnaround, I am quoting 10 days, so I can get your item first... sorry. Photo shows a 2465B sitting on my cal package. That package goes out for traceable cal, so your scope gets traceable cal too. My flat fee includes replacing the 30 year old Li battery/NVRAM and any other failing parts. If your scope came with options, I won't charge you more to calibrate options that are working. Tek did not sell extender cables for probing/working on the option boards outside the scope. This means if an option is defective, I will make a best effort to fix it, but I cannot guarantee I can. Also some options (eg: 5H) are very rare and there may not be any such board in my boneyard to replace it with so in such cases I may have to delete it, since a defective option allowed to stay in will continue to raise diagnostic failure flags. Please make sure Ebay has your current correct ship-to address before paying, as that is where I am required to return-ship. Mistakes are costly to fix after paying as I cannot offer cash refunds, so please go over details before paying. Shipping to me is on you. If you are outside USA, return shipping by public Airmail is not available since it does not satisfy Ebay tracking and delivery confirmation requirements. We can use DHL, FEDEX, or UPS (Fedex usually gives me lowest rates) and Ebay's calculator is often greatly wrong by as much as a factor of 4 not in your favor, especially if you are in or near a major commerce center like London or Paris or Singapore ... Can ask me for a quote (and please include address) or ask me to have it travel on your account with any of the 3 by selecting "local pickup" option, or by asking for "revised invoice". Ebay as a large e-commerce site, now has to collect sales tax for many of the 50 States, even though many states don't tax labor but just parts. I have no control over that, and I do not charge sales tax on my own out-of-California sales (I am small). If you are outside California and do not feel like paying a large tax, buy something cheap(er) from me first (eg: a probe) and a workaround will present itself. Also, I cannot offer cash refunds (but only store credit) because of differing definitions of "full refund" between Ebay and its payment platforms. One considers full refund to be all you paid; the other considers full refund to be return of all I got. The difference is the fees, shipping, and sales tax that I never see, and I can't "go into the hole" for you to return more than what I got. Also money coming into a small business gets spent almost as soon as it lands in. Please buy prudently/ask questions first. DISCOUNT on a 2nd item: I will offer you 13% DISCOUNTs on non-1st purchases. If you want the 13% discount on the flat fee repair, which you should, buy any cheaper item from me first (eg: a probe, or a top pouch, or even a spare fuse). This should also save you the sales tax on the repair. Once you buy the cheaper item first, let me know you want my flat fee repair and I will arrange it for you for $600.
