These were made from 1979 to 1992, costing thousands. Input is 50 ohm (not 1Mohm) terminated, so for hi Z low loading situations an active FETprobe like P6201 is recommended. Seems to still work. At the price point I'm offering it at, I cannot include refurb and calibration which is why I classified it as "for parts or repair" (ebay says "used" means fully working, which can only be determined by running a cal, for which I'd expect to get paid extra).
