This is a Teradek “Cubelet” set containing both the Cube 155/355 encoder/decoder. The packaging is complete and contains USB with manual and startup instructions. Both devices powered up when plugged in. I am unsure of the extent these were used or how they are currently configured. The exterior seems to be in great shape however.
