The arrow does not touch the wheel allowing for minimum resistance and more spin time.The wheel is one piece and takes 24 continuous hours to print. The structure is custom-printed at the time of the order. A "Lite Version" includes the wheel, base, arrow, and 2 walls. A "Set" includes the wheel, base, arrow, and 4 walls. The scoreboard is a graphic and is non-functional. A "Deluxe Set" includes the wheel, base, arrow, 4 walls, and the scoreboard tiles. If you have purchased a wheel in the past, and you want to upgrade to the scoreboard, you have the option to just purchase that upgrade. Sometimes the right wall can just be pulled out. Sometimes it was glued, if it was real loose. A fraction of a millimeter is the difference between loose and tight. Everything takes about 48 continuous hours to print. I try to have one extra on hand at all times so it may ship sooner depending on how many orders I have. To reduce friction and allow for a longer spin time, I use silicon spray. Reapply if the wheel lacks the spin time you desire. The walls will come free from the base by a simple tug. I am not in any way associated with the Price is Right show or game manufacturer.
