| Return policy details | If you wish to return a product purchased from us, you may do so within 7 days of receiving the product. Please include the auction item number to enable us to trace the order. You are liable for all return carriage costs in relation to returns / cancellations. We will refund the price of the product but not original carriage charges. Products returned for credit must be in unopened original packaging with no damage to the boxes or equipment. Items returned for credit that have been opened, used or with any damage to internal packaging/wrapping will be subject to a minimum 15% handling charge. Items returned for credit that have been tested, trialed, or used will be subject to a minimum 25% handling charge. Any items returned with packing missing/damaged or any other contents, such as looms, remote controls, instruction manuals will also be charged to the customer. Please be aware that it is your responsibility to ensure the security and integrity of all packages/items you send back to us. If items are lost/damaged during transit you will be liable for all costs incurred. For this reason, we strongly suggest you ship via a traceable method and pack all items securely. |
