This assembly works with the push pull throttle used on Harley-Davidson's from 1981-1995. The thread pitch on this housing is 5/16-18 for the throttle cable and 1/4-20 for the idle cable. You can run the throttle cable only if desired, but the thread pitch must be 5/16-18.
