The Tunisia 50 Dinars banknote is part of 2011 issues of the Central Bank of Tunisia, released after President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali was overthrown. The banknote bears green, blue, and orange color combinations. Its front design consists of the Musee de la Monnaie or the Currency Museum building in Tunis and a portrait of scholar Ibn Rachiq. On the back of the note is the Place Gouvernement la Kasbah central square. The 158 x 79 mm paper bill carries a holographic stripe, a windowed security thread with a demetalized 50 DINARS BCT, and a watermark that reveals an olive tree and an electrotype 50. This Tunisia 50 Dinar banknote is in uncirculated condition. It has also been authenticated.
