Check the listing for details. Two large early IBM computer PC personal computer trade show posters, Chaplin. Condition: Used. Listed at 225.00 USD. For sale is a pair of original circa early to mid-1980s computer trade show posters heralding the arrival of IBM's personal computer. This is from the "Chaplin" era of IBM advertising, which lasted between 1981 and 1986. One poster features Chaplin lugging around a giant computer which, at the time, must have seemed quite compact and portable. It measures approximately 22 x 60 inches, and is printed on a composite material of some kind The other, which features Chaplin lying down, is on more of a cloth fabric material and measures about 21.5 x 58.5. These were not common posters, but were likely made bespoke for a trade show or store display.
