You don't often see EFO's of this issue. While not technically an error, it certainly qualifies as a Freak and/or Oddity. And with a PSE certificate to boot. Be careful buying #634A (and #599A) as there are a lot of misidentified type I stamps that have been listed as type II. One I just came across is item 375272035828, which has none of the type II traits. Seller has been notified but seems unconvinced or unconcerned and some poor unsuspecting buyer has already placed a bid on it. About shipping: I combine shipping. Any other item purchased with this will ship at no additional charge. I’m pretty sure you’ve figured out by now that there’s no such thing as free shipping. Every seller who offers “free shipping” has already baked the shipping fees into the listing price.
