I have gone through every single one of compartments and made sure each crown is in its correct spot. You will receive the exact case and all crowns shown in the photos. The lid is broken so it is rubber-banded to keep it shut. I am also including a ziploc bag of unknown extras. They are either labeled with numbers that didn’t match any of my sets or the number has worn off. I am not in the dental field so I am unsure what they are.
