The Usams computer screen lamp has 3 modes of lighting and is powered by a USB-C type cord which is included (Underneath the black plastic in the box). For the lamp itself the length is about 17 3/4" and in width it is about an 1" not including the mounting. With the mounting included it is just shy of 3 3/4". For the instructions it does have English. I have also tested the lamp along with the three modes.
