It has some rust on the metal hardware. The leather breakaway strap is in place but is on the other side so will most likely need to be replaced at some point. Still good and usable, just trying to cut back on my personal halters. SOLD AS IS. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ACCEPTED! I try to reuse packaging materials/boxes whenever possible.
