A US military surplus Advanced Combat Helmet manufactured by MSA, in black. An NVG mount is attached. It was originally green but was repainted at some point to black, possibly for law enforcement usage. The helmet has a production date of July 2008. The helmet is in good issued condition. The shell exterior has scratches and flaking paint, though the Kevlar is unaffected. The interior is a bit dirty. The retention strap has some wear but is in good condition.
