Check the listing for details. USMC FILBE Main Pack Coyote Brown ~ Pack Only ~ Please READ DESCRIPTION. Condition: Used, Made in United States. Listed at 23.50 USD. These packs are authentic USMC surplus FILBE packs, manufactured by either Propper International, Inc., or Eagle Industries. They are used and may have some signs of wear, such as small tears, fraying etc. However, they all have a common defect to them, they are missing one or two of the female buckles on the top flap. They all have at least one female buckle on each side, so the packs are functional and can be buckled closed. If you look through the pictures I posted several different packs showing the missing buckles. Other than that they are all in pretty good condition.
