I found this item recently going through some of my grandpas items. The dials aren't running currently. All parts are inside the wooden shipping box to the best of my knowledge. unique US navy shipping box, my grandpa was in the navy during the korean war. While on leave he bought this in germany and had it shipped back to the states. The items appears to be never used and stayed in the original shipping box after the war when he returned home. The Us navy box IS NOT INCLUDED WITH THE SALE OF THE CLOK. ONLY THE CLOCK AND PARTS OF THE CLOCK ARE INCLUDED.
