This is a vintage, 14-piece, silver plate flatware set by the 1847 Rogers Bros Company with the Vista pattern. The issue date for this pattern is 1895 and though the age and history of this particular set is unknown, it estimated at well over 100-years old. It is a classic pattern your grandparents may have owned in the early 1900's and which can still grace your dinner table. The set includes the following items: 8 pcs - Fork, 7" (5 of these forks are engraved with the letter 'W', see photos)2 pcs - Tablespoon, 7-1/4"4 pcs - Teaspoon, 5-7/8" On various replacement flatware sites, each item is priced around $8-9 each. This set is priced at a 25% discount and is sold complete. Condition: the condition is consistent with what you would expect from an over 100-year old flatware set with some minor scratches on the surface and only four of the forks showing some wear-through of the silver plate on the back side; see photos for details.
