Manufactured by Fingerprint Equipment Laboratory, Chicago 10, Illinois. The box is in rough condition but appears to be all here. The wood-framed ink pad itself looks excellent. It may be too hard to use anymore but does look nice. The 4 original ink bottles are here. One looks like it was opened and used. 3 of them appear unopened.
