This is a 1930s calculator it does not appear to be functional,but it is a nice piece for decorative purposes. its buttons do not push. the handle will pull but is hard to manage. the rear pads have broken down. Please see the last 2 photos. This will polish up way beyond what i did cleaning it. Its paint is in great condition. Very shiny still. I really think some lubrication in the right places and this thing would possibly work. As is sell for parts or repair .thanks for looking, and have a blessed day ahead.
