The soldiers name and year of service is written under the flap of the right breast pocket. Each cuff was made with two buttons to close.... one of the buttons is missing from the right sleeve. The handkerchief shown was in the pocket. I'm sure it was a gift for his girlfriend or wife. It measures 16 1/2 inches across the shoulders and 20 1/2 across the chest. Excellent condition.
